Release notes

Vinyl has the generic navy blue and gold printed company labels with top 'Magic Notes' text and logo and mid-banner with company name in large capital lettering and 'Long Playing Microgroove'.
Vinyl is housed in a picture cover laminated with top and bottom extension flips glued on top spine extension flip and all on top of back cover.
Back cover has 'Recording First Published 1962' printed.
