This is the 4th Purple label pressing from 1980.
Variations for the Purple label:
#1-Purple label with large Capitol logo, has the Capitol script-font logo in the perimeter print: 1977
#2-Purple label with large Capitol logo, has a softer purple background with no Capitol logo in the perimeter print. The perimeter print states "Manufactured in Canada By Capitol Records", 1978 [see that version [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/8073254]here[/url].]
#3-Purple label similar to #2, but has "Manufactured in Canada UNDER LICENSE by Capitol Records-EMI...." in perimeter text. 1980
Also issued on the Black rainbow/colorband label in 1983.
#4- Similar to the 3rd Purple pressing [r1824128] except that this version:
1. carries the perimeter text on the label almost around the Capitol logo because it is printed in larger fonts
2. features the title "HELP!" and "THE BEATLES" with noticeably more blank space asssigned beneath the Capitol logo
3. does not carry the Capitol Records "target" logo in the deadwax
